My name is Quincy Bailey Nation. I am a native of Calhoun, Georgia. I graduated from Gordon Central High School in 1995 and went on to pursue my Bachelors degree at Berry College in Rome, Georgia. I graduated from Berry in 1999 with a B.A. in Spanish and minor in Journalism. I continued my education at Berry and received my Master of Education degree in 2002.
I taught multiaged preschool at Berry College Child Development Center from 1999 unil 2003. I began teaching at West Central Elementary in Rome, Georgia in August of 2003. I taught first grade for 3 years and am getting ready to begin my seventh year of teaching kindergarten at West Central.
I currently reside in Adairsville, Georgia with my wonderful husband, Terry and our pets. We have a 9-year-old cat, Miss Prissy. We also have a 5 year-old cocker spaniel named Chester.
